The system is based on SCADA controller, constructed in conformance with industrial automation standards which meets 21CFR compliance.
Manual flow meter or automatic MFC regulates gas mixture supply.
Vessel materials: 316L for wetted parts and 304 for non-wetted parts and we also use 904 for wetted part which is more corrosion resistance depending on customer demand.
All equipment has SIP/CIP options and full cGMP and GAMP compliance. We provide all the associated documentation and conduct FAT and SAT. Automatic Temperature control, pH control, DO cascade control (RPM and Air flow rate) foaming control,complete electric control panel of SS with high-speed PLC and touchscreen HMI/IPC.

Motor with single or double mechanical seal or magnetic seal guarantees 100% aseptic operation.
